CG212 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.
Superior Suspension Control: Specifically engineered to solve the common issue of particle settling in low-density systems, ensuring a uniform cement column.
Thermal Resilience: Reliable fluid loss control in environments up to 180℃ (356℉)
Rapid WOC (Waiting on Cement) Reduction: Promotes fast compressive strength development (≥5.0 MPa in 24h for 1.35g/cm³ slurry), saving critical rig time.
Versatile Salt Tolerance: Maintains high performance in mixing water ranging from fresh to half-saturated salt water.
WHY choose CG212 for your lightweight slurry?
CG212 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.

Superior Suspension Control: Specifically engineered to solve the common issue of particle settling in low-density systems, ensuring a uniform cement column.
Generate thickening effect on cement slurry, enhance its suspension stability and prevent sedimentation.
The lightweight cement slurries applied with FLA CG212 products exhibit good thickening performance.
Rapid WOC (Waiting on Cement) Reduction: Promotes fast compressive strength development (≥5.0 MPa in 24h for 1.35g/cm³ slurry), saving critical rig time.
Versatile Salt Tolerance: Maintains high performance in mixing water ranging from fresh to half-saturated salt water.
Thermal Resilience: Reliable fluid loss control in environments up to 180℃ (356℉).
Compatible with other additives.
CG212 series contains of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid and S type powder.
Recommended dosage is 2.0-6.0 (BWOC) for liquid products, and 0.6-2.5% (BWOC) for powder product.
