CG613 is a synthetic polymer designed to reduce water loss from cement slurry into porous formations during the cementing process.
It maintains excellent fluid loss control while addressing common issues with polymer-based additives, such as reversed thickening times and reduced strength.
CG613 is primarily used in normal density cement slurry system.
It’s suitable for fresh water systems.
It operates effectively at temperatures below 180°C (356°F, BHCT).
Compatible with other additives.
The recommended dosage ranges from 0.6% to 2.5% of the total slurry weight (BWOC).
CG613 Anti-inversion Fluid Loss Additives
WHY CHOOSE CG613 ANTI-INVERSION(NON-RETARDER) FLUID LOSS
CG613 is a high-performance synthetic polymer additive designed to provide superior fluid loss control in oilwell cementing slurries. Unlike traditional polymers that may interfere with cement hydration, CG613 is specifically engineered with anti-inversion properties. This ensures that the thickening time remains predictable and linear, preventing the "flash set" or strength degradation often associated with high-performance fluid loss agents.

Key Features
Non-Retarding & Anti-Inversion: Prevents the reversal of thickening times and preserves the early-age compressive strength of the cement.
Precise Fluid Loss Control: Maintains slurry water-loss below 50ml, protecting porous formations and improving zonal isolation.
Fresh Water System Optimized: Exhibits excellent solubility and performance in fresh-water-based cement slurries.
High-Temperature Stability: Reliable performance in wells with circulating temperatures up to 180°C.
Excellent Compatibility: Works seamlessly with various retarders, dispersants, and weighting agents.
Mainly suitable for normal density cement slurry system.
Compatible well with other additives.
CG613 series contains of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid and S type powder.
Recommended dosage is 2.0-6.0 (BWOC) for liquid products, and 0.6-2.5% (BWOC) for powder product.
