Expert Anti-settling Properties: Specifically formulated to maintain a homogeneous slurry and prevent sedimentation in high-dispersity and low-density systems.
Gas Migration Mitigation: Helps maintain hydrostatic pressure during the critical transition time, significantly reducing the risk of gas channeling.
Marine & Brine Excellence: Optimized for Seawater systems and slurries containing up to 2% CaCl2, making it ideal for offshore and specialized brine cementing.
Rapid Strength Gain: Designed to accelerate WOC (Waiting on Cement) time, achieving ≥14.0 MPa in 24h for normal density slurries.
WHY CHOOSE CG214 FLUID LOSS ADDITIVE
G214 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.
Specially designed for lightweight cement slurry system and normal density cement slurry with strong dispersity.
Thickening time decreases with increasing temperature, and the compressive strength of set cement develops fast.

Used below temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).
Compatible with other additives.
CG214 series contains of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid and S type powder.
Recommended dosage is 2.0-6.0 (BWOC) for liquid products, and 0.6-2.5% (BWOC) for powder product.

Tech Tip: "For deep wells with narrow pressure windows, CG214 ensures that your lightweight slurry remains stable from top to bottom, preventing 'top-of-cement' density variations and ensuring long-term zonal isolation."
