The time it takes for cement slurry to thicken is directly proportional to the amount of retarder added.

The strength of the set cement develops rapidly, ensuring that the top of the sealing section does not become overly thickened.

The product can be used at temperatures below 204°C (400°F, BHCT).

It has good compatibility with polymer fluid loss additives and has a minimal impact on fluid loss performance at high temperatures.

The CH710 series includes L-type liquid, L-A type antifreeze liquid, and S type powder.

The recommended dosage for liquid products is 2.0-8.0% (BWOC), while for powder products it is 0.5-2.5% (BWOC).

Ultimate Thermal Stability: Engineered to perform in extreme BHCT environments up to 204.4(400) without thermal degradation.

Precise Pumping Windows: Features a reliable linear relationship between dosage and thickening time, allowing engineers to design precise pumping schedules for deep-well operations.

Right-Angle Thickening (RAT): Ensures a rapid transition from liquid to solid state, minimizing the critical time when the slurry is vulnerable to gas migration.

Silica System Compatibility: Specifically tested for stability in slurries containing 35% silica flour and 6% silica fume, preventing strength retrogression in high-temperature wells.

Optimized Slurry Rheology: Maintains low initial consistency (30 Bc) even under extreme pressure (115MPa), ensuring excellent pumpability.

Composition: API Class G(HSR) 600g, silica flour 210g(35%), silica fume 36g(6%), mixed water 342g (including liquid additives), defoamer 1.8g(0.3%), CH710.

Note: The dosage of CH710 is determined under the precondition of adjusting the thickening time range of cement slurry at 180℃ to 230—420 min.

PACKING AND STORAGE

The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels.

The powder type products should be used within 24 months after production. Packed in25kg bag.

Store in a cool, ventilated area. Keep containers sealed to prevent contamination.

Ultra high Retarder package

Customized packaging is available upon request.

Once expired, it shall be tested before use.
