Portable HPHT Consistometer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Standard-10, which is used to simulate high-temperature and high-pressure down-hole well conditions and continuously measuring the consistency change and time of cement.
Portable HPHT Consistometer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Standard-10, which is used to simulate high-temperature and high-pressure down-hole well conditions and continuously measuring the consistency change and time of cement.
With small size and light weight, the portable consistometer is more suitable for testing in-site.
With PLC and touch screen, the experimental parameters can be set on touch screen instead of frequently pressing buttons. The test data and graphs can be observed through the touch screen and can be saved as screenshots and be output through the USB port, making itself clear.
Besides, test data can also be set, observed and saved through PC software.
The electric valve and the manual valve are designed in parallel system. Even in the event of an emergency (such as a power outage), the experiment can be ended manually to prevent cement solidification.
The instrument adopts a cast-aluminum cooler with shorter cool-down time to increase test frequency and prevent the cement slurry from solidifying caused by too long cool-down time.
The instrument is equipped with alarm modes for consistency, pressure, temperature and other experimental parameters, and can be off by just one tap on the screen, making the experiment safer.
