SUMMARY
Fluid loss additive CG212 is a synthetic polymer, designed to effectively reduce fluid loss from cement slurry into porous formations during the cementing process.
It is specially formulated for use in both lightweight and normal-denstiy cement slurry systems, providing excellent dispersibility.
The additive enhances the thickening properties of the cement slurry, improving suspension stability and preventing sedimentation.
The lightweight cement slurries applied with FLA CG212 products exhibit excellent thickening performance.
Rapid development of compressive strength in the set cement.
The additive is compatible with a wide range of mixing waters, including fresh water and half-saturated salt water.
It can be used at temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) and is compatible with other additives.
Recommended dosage is 0.6-2.5% (BWOC).
